By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A client relationship is separate and starts only when both sides agree in writing.

The site describes Gonzalez Consulting and how an engagement can be shaped. It is general information. It is not an offer to take on a client, and it is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Figures on the savings sketch are illustrations built from numbers you enter. They are not a quote, a forecast, or a promise of savings.

Scope, timing, and fees are set in a separate agreement. Nothing on this site commits either side to a project.

You are responsible for the contents of any message you send. Do not include information you are not prepared to put in an ordinary email.

The text, layout, and logos on this site belong to Gonzalez Consulting. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without written permission.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, Gonzalez Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for the site itself is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing. This does not limit liability that California law does not allow us to limit, and it does not change a later written client agreement.

A link to a map or another site is governed by that site's own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about this website are brought in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change. Using the site after that date means you accept the update.
