This policy describes how Gonzalez Consulting, at 8605 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90069, handles information when you use this website or write to us.
What you send us
The contact form opens an email to info@GonzalezConsulting.us on your device. If you send it, the note can include your name, company, email address, the topic you chose, and anything you write. We receive that message only if it is actually sent. This website does not store the form.
The savings sketch runs in your browser. The numbers you type there are not sent to us.
What the site records on its own
The host that serves this site may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the browser type, the page requested, and the time of the visit, so the site can run and so problems can be fixed. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
You do not create an account here. If a cookie is required to deliver the page, it is used to operate the site, not to advertise to you.
How we use messages
We use what you send to reply, to talk about a possible engagement, and to keep ordinary business records of that correspondence.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with people who help us run the firm, such as email or website hosting, when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for the conversation, any engagement that follows, and ordinary business and legal record-keeping. After that it is deleted or archived.
Your requests
Email privacy@GonzalezConsulting.us to ask what correspondence we have from you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will do that unless a record has to be kept. California residents can make the same request for the rights to know, correct, and delete under state privacy law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, so there is no sale to opt out of.
Children
This site is for people running businesses. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change.
